Board Management

Note: Some export formats aren’t available in Shortcuts. Mermaid is in the app’s export menu on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and Web Archive for Safari is in the Share menu on iPhone and iPad and in the Mac CLI.

Common Parameters

Many actions share these positioning parameters:

• X Position: Horizontal position in pixels from the left edge.
• Y Position: Vertical position in pixels from the top edge.
• Width/Height: Item dimensions in pixels.
• Z Position: Layer order (higher = on top).
• Rotation: Angle in degrees (0-360).

When creating a board, choose from preset sizes or custom dimensions:

Tips

When building complex shortcuts, use the Get Board Width and Get Board Height actions to calculate item positions dynamically. This ensures your layouts work regardless of board size.
