Purchases and AI Costs

Corkulous has separate purchases for board features and AI usage. This guide describes Corkulous 9.0.

A subscription or lifetime license does not include unlimited AI. A welcome credit award is not a recurring renewal allowance. The app shows the purchase offers and eligibility available to you.

Before Buying

Check the Apple purchase sheet for current local prices, billing periods, trial terms, and Family Sharing eligibility. Monthly and yearly subscriptions support Family Sharing; the lifetime license is single-user. One app entitlement can cover your own supported Apple devices. Use Restore Purchase when moving devices before buying again.

Your Apple purchase account, iCloud account, and AI Credits email can differ. Credits use their own wallet: sign in with the same Credits email on your own devices. Sharing an app subscription does not automatically share that wallet.

AI Costs

Credits may reserve a balance and settle completed work afterward. Larger prompts, attachments, research, media, and retries can change the charge. Check the app’s estimate and minimum balance.

Provider Mode and CLI generation use API keys and separate provider billing. A consumer ChatGPT or Claude subscription is not API credit. Start with a small request and check your provider’s usage dashboard.

Manage Purchases

Manage or cancel recurring purchases through your Apple Account. Deleting Corkulous or a Credits account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
